In addition we become an investor presence for investment dollars offering joint venture, retainer, and fee based opportunity analyst, business development, and executive services as a fee based program.
Private Investments as a Business Development Company
An important revenue generating objective is centered around capital investments and advisory services into startup businesses with proprietary technology and medium sized businesses with an established revenue history.
This effort will be as a niche participant, building a proven operationally structured entity using project based business development strategies for resource, debt, and equity solutions.
The Company objectives will be investments yielding 30% to 50% compounded returns on investment. Valuation targets are aggressively structured for growth objectives having 2x to 3x potential and business development planning that potentials success as a 10x revenue target. There is no cost or fees for this service, but does require active and co-operative participation in our due diligence processing as a partner/portfolio company.
As part of the Company’s operating procedure, this purposed due diligence processing will create a Plan of Innovation that involves business vision, potential proofing, and opportunity recognition that is customized to holistically meet your line item requirements as a future partner/portfolio company.
We then structure our investment, valuation, and success metrics to baseline a success path in planning and strategy to take advantage of market opportunities and build to your success objective as a partner/portfolio company or joint venture investor with Data View Investors.
At the onset of installing these operations, skilled subject matter experts, analysts and financial experts will be used to ensure that each project is structured so that the business is positioned to receive commensurate returns on investment (in both time and financially) without an undue risk exposure. This also grows your potential exponential for yield and realized revenue as one of our partner/portfolio companies.
Data View Investors uses proprietary and patented rule-based strategies for securities trading for our internal working capital. We employ a purposed plan of low risk, highly profit, and defined probability trading and investing methods. Yield on balances typically provides 2% to 15% returns on trades lasting for periods of less than 30 days. Position trades lasting more than 30 days the return expectation is; 2% to 5% monthly.
These are predictable outcomes and expected returns that do not rely on complex indicators, market up swings, or conventional technical analysis to be successful. But instead follow a simple, sequential set of monitored steps that will lead to quality trade results by rationalizing risk to a statistical and managed value .
Real Estate Investments
In addition to private investments and marketable securities, the Company will also directly and indirectly purchase real estate, where the market represents buying opportunities. Many economists and industry experts are currently forecasting robust activity for our market area and the Company will be opportunistic to purchasing single family residential, multi-family complexes, industrial facilities, and commercial properties that produce substantial cash-flow and income potential.
The company may, at management’s discretion, also use its existing cash reserves to purchase real estate with the intent to refinance the properties at a later time.
Since real estate often produces strong returns on these fast strike cash purchases, the expected ROI from these investments could easily produce strong returns on available risk capital depending on the specific investment strategy.
